An overview of all the information mails sent to the members of Study association Sticky.

Dear member,

Since our last corona update of March 12 the situation has changed a lot. That is why we send you this new update mail to announce how Study association Sticky is dealing with these new circumstances.

• Here you will be able to find the corona page of our website. On this page you can read all of our update mails, you will find more information on how to study from home, and an online university library where you can study together with your fellow students.
• In these times it is also important to think about your mental health. If for whatever reason you want support with this, Utrecht University and Study association Sticky have plenty facilities avaiable. More information can be found on this page.
• The Sticky room will be closed until at least June 1st. By that time you will receive a new update mail from us with more information.
• Weekly some activities will be organised, like for example movie nights, game sessions, and lots more. Keep an eye on our communication channels, like the WhatsApp promo, Facebook and Koala if you would like to participate in these activities.
• A Sticky Discord server has been set up, so that members can keep in contact, study together or can participate together in activities. You can enter the server via this link. Every Friday afternoon from 16:00h a Weekly Friday Drinks (Vrijmibo) is organised. We hope to see you there!

Dear member,

Unfortunately we have to announce the Sticky room will be closed until April 20th. In response to the measures taken by Utrecht University we are unable to keep our room opened.

We hope we will be able to open our doors by the 20th of April. Due to the ever changing situation we cannot give a verdict on this yet. We will keep you up to date on further developments.

Dear member,

After our last mail with updates concerning the corona virus, the faculty of science has taken further measures that also apply for our association. This compells us to cancel all activities until at least March 31st. Unfortunately this is also the case for our Airco trip to Tirana.

If you are already enrolled for an activity in this timespan, no costs will be charged.

The Sticky room, like mentioned before, will be closed until March 16. On this day we will decide if the room will open again.

Once again we strongly recommend everyone to follow the guidelines of Rijksoverheid. Her advice can be found here.

Dear member,

In response to the additional measures the cabinet has announced today in the battle against the further spreading of the corona virus, we would like to notify you on how we as a study association are going to act on this. Below you will find the most important matters to take into account:

• First of all we strongly recommend everyone to follow the new guidelines of the cabinet. These can be found here. It is import you stay at home if you have a nose cold, are coughing or have a fever. Contact your general practicioner if these complaints worsen.
• The Sticky room will remain open unless the university fully closes or the board makes the decision to close anyway. It can happen opening hours are different than usual. On Friday March 13 and on Monday March 16 the Sticky room will be closed.
• Today we heard the congres exec(ut) cannot be held on March 16. Possibly a new date will be set, but at the moment we do not have any information on this yet.
• Weekly drinks will be canceled until at least the end of March.
• The ANWBaco activity (https://koala.svsticky.nl/activities/950) is cancelled. No costs will be charged to the members that were already enrolled.
• The trips that would take place in this period, like for example the AirCo trip to Tirana and the study trip to Copenhagen, will not be cancelled for the time being. We follow the guidelines of the Ministry of external affairs. In case the guidelines change all participants will be notified.
• Small activities will continue for the time being. In case these activities are cancelled for any reason whatsoever, all participants will be notified. The deadlines to unsubscribe will be changed so that participants can unsubscribe in case of health issues.

The board follows these guidelines as well. Because of this it might happen board members will be absent or hard to reach. In this case we hope for your understanding.
